10/10 would recommend…

Without a doubt the best customer service I have ever experienced.
First of all I got two travel size(10ml) perfumes with my order as a gift, and I did get complimentary samples of the two perfumes I ordered. Besides that I got a sample of a hand lotion and a body lotion, both smell amazing.

I received my order within two days from ordering, i ordered two perfumers as a gift and I wanted to return one of them because it was not really my friends taste.
I shipped it with DHL and everything was smooth, but apparently DHL made a mistake and did send the parcel back to me because of a mistake on the label.
So I got in touch with customer service again and she just refunded me and said I could keep the perfume when it get send back.

In total such a nice experience and so professional customer service! (And amazing perfumes and candles!)
10/10 would recommend and I’m definitely ordering again

Charged me in error

Ordered a birthday gift for my best friend and the checkout process is extremely glitchy be very careful! My Amex was charged but there was no order confirmation page or email - the webpage just changed to say there was an “error” with my “state”. I therefore got spooked and ordered the same product through a website I trust, and contacted Dyptique to I make sure the pending charge on my Amex would not go through as I had ordered elsewhere.

I received an email from Dyptique the following day to reassure me that I would not be charged and that the order wasn’t on the system.

Today I was charged for the order I tried to place that did not go through! I have written to customer services again with no response and so have also disputed the payment with my credit card company.

My advice is not to order their lovely products through their own website. It is not a reliable service. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: Following another email to customer services I have now had a refund confirmation.

Excellent Online Shopping Experience

I usually buy Diptyque from Space NK, but had heard the online store are generous with samples and so decided to give it a try. I have to say I was a fairly reluctant (UK) buyer from seeing the negative reviews here. My parcel arrived within 3 days (DPD), items each in a cotton drawstring pouch and 3 x boxed 2ml samples. Will definitely buy direct from Diptyque in future!

Ridiculously over-priced and bad customer service

First time buying a ridiculously over-priced Diptyque candle for a friends birthday present - never again. Candle came very badly marked round the rim. Contacted them via Facebook for advice and no response or reply. Very shoddy service.

Diptyque spitalfields - Angelo the angel!

Just wanted to write a review about how amazing the customer service is in the spitalfields branch of diptyque- specifically Angelo. If you could make carbon copies of him and put him in every store then you’d have some very happy customers indeed . He’s super helpful, super lovely and very accommodating . We’ll be back to spend more cash in his store xxxxxx

Update.
Didn't get the products I ordered, but got the money back. It was supposed to be an anniversary present, but who cares. Lost some money because of exchange rates, but who cares.

P.S. Ordered similar products from "Trudon". 1 day delivery from France to Denmark. Was surprised to receive it next day.

Very disappointing service - no goods, no response to contact

I placed what I consider a high value order over two weeks ago. The money was taken from my account at the time. So far no delivery of goods and no response from customer service who I have contacted twice, a third time just now. For an expensive, luxury brand company the delivery and service has been dreadful. Will not use again either directly or through other shops. In the meantime I wait for my goods or refund and perhaps some explanation. I do not recommend

What amazing customer service

What amazing customer service. My Christmas order was delayed but I wasn't too concerned. However I've received a gift and an apology as they clearly weren't happy with what happened.

I have scored a 4 only because they still need to improve their website and order confirmation process, otherwise i'd have happily scored them higher.

Great customer service

Ordered a candle for Christmas for a family member. It didn’t arrive in time. Due to covid and brexit. The customer service was exceptional. They couldn’t apologise enough, even though it was something that couldn’t be helped. When my order did arrive, it was beautifully packaged and came with a few sample to try as well. A few weeks after Christmas I received another apologise and they sent a complimentary gift for the inconvenience of having to wait. The candles also smell amazing. We’re definitely worth the wait. Highly recommended

They won’t process my refund...!

The other bad reviews are unfortunately correct; I cancelled my order (even before it was dispatched) and requested a refund. Despite having to chase the progress of my refund twice and being advised that it was being processed (by Viktoria and Charlotte) I have received absolutely nothing and wish I had never placed an order with them.
